Research Nurse

I joined the Early Phase Trials team as a Senior Research Nurse in November 2024, I am excited to be part of this multidisciplinary research team and the new opportunities ahead. I have been a registered nurse in the NHS for many years, in varying roles gaining a wide range of knowledge and experience in nursing and leadership.

I initially specialised in Renal Nursing before taking on the challenging role of Renal Day Case Unit Manager. I developed my skills further, completing the advanced history taking and prescribing courses to enhance my leadership skills in the unit.

The future of nursing in research is an area I am really interested about, and I am looking forward for the opportunity to develop in this role and in my career.
